The SEIT 1TS Minimax is the sister power
supply to the 1TM model. Like the 1TM model,
the Minimax is a flagship product for RDO
Enterprises. The Minimax offers all the benefits
of the 1TM but with some upgraded features.
The Minimax comes standard with a remote
heat station, which allows the user to place the
power supply in a remote area with the tiny heat
station close to the work-piece. This has proven
to be particularly beneficial when automation is
desired. In an automation environment, the
remote heat station can be moved in and out of
its final position if desired, while the main power
supply unit is stationed in a nearby fixed
position. The Minimax has RS232 communication
capabilities, which allows the operator to
deliver commands to the power supply from
an external computer source.
The Minimax is
available in 1.5 kW for applications that require
very low output power levels. This allows the
Minimax to deliver as low 150 watts of power if
needed. In addition the system can be easily
fitted with a standard Infrared Temperature
Control (Model 1L) that can be used for precise
temperature control feedback when heating
above the visible spectrum. Other available
options include a Gas Dispensing electro-valve
that easily integrates and manages the dispensing
of cover gas through the systems microprocessor
and Wire Feed systems for the dispensing of
soldering and brazing wire for certain joining applications. |
