We sell a wide range of technology-related equipment specializing in fiber optics, fusion splicers and optical test & measurement equipment, microscopes, precision motion control, UV light sources, semiconductor and nanotech manufacturing instrumentation, as well as other technologies. Naturally, we are not experts in all areas. We however try our best to fully disclose any known defects or other issues with each item we sell. Buyers are suggested to reply heavily, although not fully, on the images posted on the Details page for the item. It is advised to study the images posted and to contact us with any question, or to verify whether the image is the exact item being sold. We are always happy, and it is always encouraged to ask us to perform any test desired prior to purchasing .
Our terms generally provide a 10-day ROR (Right-of-Return) and 30-day RRR guarantee (Repair, Replace or Refund). Some items are sold for parts or due simply due to the age or nature of the item are sold As-Is. Always contact us for details if you are unsure as to the terms. Your invoice will state these terms and what is stats is usually final. Buyer in almost all cases pays for shipping both ways when purchasing, returning, or exchanging an item. Although we retain the right to abide to the letter by our 10-day/30-day guarantee we will do whatever we can, or is reasonable to handle any issues amicably.
With our 10-day ROR you can return an item for any reason whatsoever, but remember to check to see if an item has a guarantee of some sort before purchasing. On a case by case basis, and depending on the item in question we may chose to modify the sales terms upon request. Any such change must be states on the invoice to be valid.
